Toners are one of those things that rightfully so, people always have questions about.  They aren't talked about often in the basics of skin care, however they can correct some VERY BASIC AND COMMON skin struggles.  I wish I would have known about toners a long time ago when I had some issues to correct - they could have really helped and I did not know anything about them.
