The primary goal of our packaging is to make sure the products arrive safe and undamaged.  Products will be wrapped individually to keep them from breaking during shipment.  This does not guarantee every item will arrive in perfect condition, however if something arrives broken or damaged, we will need photos of the damage in order to issue a replacement.  We will issue a replacement ASAP once photos are received. 

Gift sets and bath bombs will be extra wrapped since these are the most delicate items. 

Yes - you may return or exchange items unopened or used (at least 80% full) within 30 days of the order. We will extend this timeline for items that are ordered early and aren't gifted until Christmas.  Wildflower Beauty by Jessica will not be responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred to return/exchange items.

Our Christmas specific gift sets are designed to allow for a longer shelf life.  Individual products however all have different shelf lives and it is important to know that many of our products are not designed to be purchased and not immediately used.  

The following products have 3-5 month shelf lives: Face Creme, Renewal Face Moisturizer, Under Eye Creme, Eye & Neck Tightening Treatment & Foot Creme.

All of our soaps and masks have a shelf life of 1 year.
